Welcome to the Fort Vancouver Lions Club

Fort Vancouver Lions Mission Statement

The Fort Vancouver Lions serve the sight and hearing impaired, the disadvantaged, homeless and hungry, and at-risk students and families of our Vancouver and Clark County community.

We accomplish this through our volunteer service to partner with organizations in the greater Vancouver area. Additionally, in collaboration with other local Lions Clubs and Lions Club International, we extend our service regionally and globally.

Our History

Established in 1955, the Fort Vancouver Lions have served the community for over 61 years.

Lions Club International is now the largest service organization in the world. It was founded in 1917 by Melvin Jones and several of his friends to serve the less fortunate. Inspired by Helen Keller during her convention speech in 1925, the Lions continue to be known for their mission around sight and hearing disabilities.

Meeting Schedule

We meet Fridays at noon. We are meeting at Golden Corral at 11801 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA. Meetings start at noon. Lions should get there at 11:30 and get their buffet lunch, and be seated by noon. If you would like to be a guest for one of our meetings, email president@fortvancouverlions.org
